  • 3 tsp salt
  • ⅓  cup red onion, thinly 
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • 6 eggs large 
  • 1 cup apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ¼ cup chives, fresh
  • ¼ cup dill, fresh
  • 120ml mayonnaise (½ cup)
  • 120ml sour cream (½ cup)
  •  30ml Dijon mustard (2 tbsp.)
  • 1 tbsp. Celery seeds
  • 1 cup sweet pickle chopped
  • ½ tsp pepper plus more to taste

Fist step

So let’s start making the recipe. In this step we have taken 3 pounds of potatoes. Wash them properly. After washing, cut all the potatoes properly to the same size. So that when we are going to cook it. They will be cooked perfectly in less time.

Second step

In the second step, take a large pot or pan in which you have cut all the potatoes. Put it properly inside him. After pouring, add 2 tsp salt in it or pour it. After adding this, pour water in it in such a way that the water comes up to the top of the potatoes so that all the potatoes meet the water. After pouring the water, turn the gas to medium level and place the pan on it. Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Third step

In the third step we have taken ⅓ cup red onion, thinly to make the recipe. Cut neatly into long pieces. After cutting, keep it in a bowl. You should not have too much flavor in the recipe. 2 tbsp. After adding both the mixture should be kept stirring till it becomes homogeneous. After one life, we cut the onion into long pieces. It should be added above or in this. After adding the onion, whatever we have done in the fifth step after working the egg and other ingredients, put it in a bowl. Pour it in this bowl or add it. After adding, keep stirring until all the mixture is combined.

Then add the chives that we cut in the sixth step to this bowl. After adding all these ingredients keep mixing until they are combined so that the flavor of all the ingredients is spread throughout. Next add 1 tsp salt according to your taste. After that add ½ tsp pepper plus more to taste according to your taste.
