First step

So let’s start making the recipe. In the first step, remove 1 (15-ounce) can of chickpeas rinsed and drained (or 1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas) from the can and take it out in a pan. After removing it from the pan, wash it once properly with clean water. After washing, the gas should be turned on low to medium. And let’s add some water in that pan and add gram and cook properly on low flame for 20 minutes. So that whatever is on the gram is the skin on it. This leaves the top and only the chickpeas remain below. So it is necessary to do so. The skin that comes on top of the gram should be carefully removed with the help of a sieve. After 20 minutes, after removing properly, switch off the gas.

Second step

After turning off the gas, what we have placed on it. Take it down properly. Remove the water from it and add the gram in the bowl of the mixer. After adding, add ¼ cup smooth tahini in it. Back and forth in this same 3 to 4 tbsp. Add fresh lemon juice and take it. Next, add 1 garlic clove to it and add ½ tsp salt to it according to your taste. Next add ½ tsp ground cumin to this.

After adding all the above ingredients in the mixer bowl, close the cap of the mixer bowl and turn on the mixer and grind all these ingredients properly. After grinding, open the bowl again and add 2 to 3 tbsp. Add ice water. After that turn on the mixer and again grind all this mixture properly. Let the mixer run for 2 to 3 minutes. After 2 to 3 minutes turn off the mixer and add 1 tbsp. After adding the extra virgin olive oil, the mixer should be turned on for one minute to mix the whole mixture. After a minute, turn off the mix again.
