Second step

And cut it neatly into one inch noodles. After cutting, keep it back in the same bowl. And keep the bowl aside. Take 2 medium carrots, grated and arrange them. Then add 1 medium onion, chopped and keep it in different bowls.
Third step
In the third step, take an open pan. In it 1 tbsp. Olive oil should be added. Add and heat it properly. After heating, add 1 lb. ground pork to it. After adding, fry it for some time. After frying, finally add 1 tsp in it. Salt should be added. After adding, take it out in a bowl.
After draining into the bowl, add 2 tbsp. Add olive oil and take it. After the oil is heated, add chopped onion, chopped carrots, and chopped mushroom to it. After adding these all should be fried properly. After these three ingredients are fried properly in a small amount, add 4 cups of green cabbage, thinly sliced. After that, mix it all properly. Fourth step

Add 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil to this. After adding all this, keep mixing everything with a spoon. Fifth step
In the fifth step, take 40 egg roll or spring roll wrappers (about 8″x8″) and keep them at room temperature for 45 minutes.
