First step

In the first step, in that bowl, take 1 cup warm milk (110-115ËšF), not hot, 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast (rapid rise), 1 large egg room temp, 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter melted, divided, 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 cups all-purpose flour plus 2 to 4 Tbsp. (and more to dust) Take the ingredients in a bowl. After taking it out in a bowl, mix it properly with a spoon.
After mixing, make a small amount of it into a thick paste. It will have a small amount of thin crust. Then add more flour and make it a little thick. It should not stick to the hand. Prepare this dough in this way. Once done, the oven should be free-heated. After free-heating, set the oven to 100 degrees and bake it for 30 minutes.
Second step
