First step

After grinding, add a little at a time of 70 grams of unsalted butter, melted (5 tablespoons) 350F butter. Leave it so that we are going to mix the biscuits and other ingredients. It should be left little by little to make it a lively mix.

Second step

In the second step we have mixed the ingredients. In the first step, take it in the pot in which we are going to bake the cake. Take that vessel and pour the mixture into it. After pouring, apply the mixture little by little on the sides. And a small hole should be made in the middle. So that you pour the cheese mixture in it properly. And a hole should be made in between to give it a shape.

After adding salt, adding 150 grams of Sour helps the cheesecake to be slightly sour.

2 teaspoons all-purpose flour (15 g) The flour gives the cake a slight crunch. And all are mixtures or ingredients. The flour does the job of holding it together. So it is necessary to use flour. From now on, using 4 large, room temperature (use only 2 egg yolks) eggs gives the cake a flavor. And helps the cake to bake properly and mesh.
