  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

First step

So let’s start making the recipe. How do you make beef stroganoff? I will give you the answer later. In the first step of the meat, take a 1 lb. top sirloin steak and cut it neatly into long slices. After heating 1 cup beef broth properly, add 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream to it. After adding, mix all this mixture properly. After mixing, add 1/4 cup sour cream to it. After adding, mix it properly. Then in this pan add 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp Dijon mustard, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper all the ingredients properly in the pan. After adding all these ingredients, keep stirring with a spoon so that it gets mixed.
