- Spring onions (white)
- Salt to taste

How to make egg fried rice? (Prepare egg fried rice in this way.)
First step
First take a pan and turn on the gas and start heating the pan. But after heating it a little we put three spoons of oil in it. Pour 50% oil in a pan to heat it. Heat the oil properly, not too cold. And not too hot.
Second step
After the oil is heated properly, first add garlic and ginger to it for heating or roasting. Fry it properly, don’t over fry 50% just fry over fried. Dropped material can be cut.
Third step
After roasting the garlic and ginger properly, add carrots, beans, green chill-2 or 3 and spring onions (white) in the oil to roast them properly. Carrots and beans take time to roast. So roast it for two minutes on medium flame but do not cover the pan. After roasting all this, add capsicum in the pan and roast it properly.
Fourth step
All of the above is left for you to fill in. They were all well roasted. Put the eggs on one side in the pan and break all the eggs properly and make egg scramble on one side. It should be properly roasted without being raw anywhere. Add salt to it. (Salt should be used as per your taste.)
Fifth step
We are going to combine Egg scramble with Rice. You should either prepare the Egg scramble in advance or roast it properly on one side in a pan. If it is mixed with Egg scramble vegetables. So it is not roasted properly. Combine it with vegetables only after roasting it properly.
Sixth step
After roasting the above Egg scramble properly, you should combine it with the prepared vegetables. Mix it together and roast it again properly for some time.
Seventh step
